Well as I sit here looking over the different jedi trees and how they help all the professions http://swgexplorer.dras.us/tc9/menu.htm... .it leaves me to ask...does it help ch at all?
I see there is ranged def, melee stuff, dancers, crafters etc but ....nothing for ch? Is this a sign of them completely getting rid of the profession all together?

Who knows, im sure theres plenty of other professions that r thinking the same. The time of CH being a top class skill is over for the time being until we get better pets or they change back the resists that once were there.

I dunno, calm and control pets seem like a pretty natural complement to CH....with pets tanking, you can switch your combat targets back and forth without actually getting the mobs aggro to you. See two canyonkrayts? Sic your pet on one, then attack it, then have the other attack it. Have your pet attack the second one, then attack it,and have the first attack the second. Have your pet follow and watch the krayts battle to the death. Who said you cant have CL 140 pet?

we can only hope that the expansion has more powerful creatures on the new planents that require mounts only (no vechiles) to traverse the land, and some powerful new creatures we can tame on these new planents, which will bring the life back into the CH class
or, hope the combat revamp nerfs every combatmechanic in check with what they've done to CH and creatures....
