I thought they were, or at least hard to find. I went back to Dath today to resume the Bull Rancor Hunt. One of my lairs happend to be next to a non-mission Rhoa Kwi spawn so I was killing them off in the event I got a Bull Rancor Baby to spawn and I didn't want them to attack it. Right before the final tap on the bull lair I see a little Rhoa Kwi Baby walk by me. I target it and it's a Pack Leader. First tame failed, but I got it on the second try.

I think they are rated as a 7 on the rare tame scale...

My first day on TC2 a couple days ago I got 1 as my 2nd tame, I dont think they are as rare as people think.Either that or the rareness is being changed on TC2.

Who's to say? But on Starsider in the last 8 days I have tamed 3 Mantigrue Screechers, 1 Arachne Widow, and 1 Rhoa Kwi Pack Leader. Either I am really lucky or maybe SOE is kicking the spawns up a little bit.

i think they are an 8 on the rarity scale, rhoa kwi guardians would be a 7 in my opinion. but i also think servers play a role too

The past few days i've been looking for Rhoa Kwi packleader's too. Do you have any usfull waypoints where you seem to find them alot?

I have found plenty of these guys so I don't know if they qualify as rare or not.
The Bull rancor or Swamp stalker Rare NO
maybe not common but not rare
