Im getting tired of my pets always saying (baby) even when it is full grown. How does one name it?

to name it program 4 commands with name in front like

Spot Kill

Spot Stay

Spot Guard

Spot Group

then pet is named Spot

then redo commands so you dont have to use spot to do the command

stay

guard

group

as a novice you will need to gain one other training skill so you can teach them the four commands to make them remember their name. I recommend going up the management tree - when you can have 2 creatures out you gain twice as much CH xp

I know this may sound like a dumb question but how do you name your pet? I've got a lvl 12 baby kaduu and cannot figure out how to name it. I've been told to pick a name and put it in commands, i.e. " fido attack ", but that has not worked for me, yet. Any hints please?

Guess you want to know how to name your pet.

Use four commands with the name you want first.

Example:

Spot Attack

Spot Follow

Spot release

Spot Trick

AT that point after the 4th command your pet will say (Spot?)

and that will be it's name.

Don't forget, that if you tame your pet with the attack command "Spot Attack" you will need to say "Spot Attack" to get it to do anything. "Attack" on its own won't do squat

The way I do it, is to train 4 commands, (Any 4, doesn't make any difference as long as they are 4 different comands) like so "Spot a"

Once you have done 4 different commands this way, the name will hold. Of course, you have probably got the same "a" command for attack and follow. Now set your REAL commands "Attack! Kill! KIIIIILLLLLLL!!!!" for attack and so on while the name will stay

How do you name your pet? I think it just do it by teaching it stuff. Like Attach then type "a -name-". Is that right?

Teach your pet 4 commands.

To be more specific you must successful teach the pet 4 different commands that are prefaced with its name. Example for the command stay you teach it sit. Preface a name (baby for example) and you would say "baby sit" and then select stay off of the train radial. Do that with 3 other commands and baby will appear over the pets head. Note that baby and Baby are not the same. Syntax must be precise.
