Thread: a gift to a CH?

I'd say that it would depend on the CH you are want to give the pet to.

I recently went out and tamed a wild pet for a fellow CH (who is farther up the ladder than I). It was a leviasquall. She loved it

Myself, I'd prefer a cat of some kind, one that I don't already have like a bearded jax.

Not true.

I'd use a giant peko peko to fight.

Against gnorts, perhaps. Or meatlumps.

But serious combat?

Yeah, as others have said... it really does depend on how much value your friend places on taming pets on his/her own. There are some non-pet items that a CH would probably be interested in, though:

taming clothes (if he doesn't already have some)

a crate of Active Tranquilizers sohe can havehis favorite Tailor make taming clothes to suit his style

a crate of Almond Kwevvu Munchies (Chef food thatbuffs theTaming skillmod)

a crate of Pet Stimpacks (those things get expensive after a while... particularly if you don't have Medic skills)

a crate of pet food buffs (blap biscuits, etc)

No. They don't spawn babies. Even if they did, they would be untamable because their CL is completely off the scale for tamables.

hello, I am looking for a pet that I can give a CH that would be awesome. I was hoping there might be one or two that are the ultimate if you manage to be able to get one but after seeing Tivo's list of rares I am thinking this isnt going to be as easy as I hoped. Is there any creature that if someone handed you one, you would faint (figuratively)? Not neccissarily Uber or anything, just the dream pet for a dedicated CH. Thanks for any help you can give.

I assume that since its not in the extinct list, its still in the wild (albeit rare).

I don't know if such a pet exists and even if it did that a CH would accept such a gift. Those of us who value rares do so for the challenge of finding them because generally wild pets suck compared to BE pets.

It's probably not the answer you were hoping for and maybe someone else has a different view of it.

Good luck!

i used to have a giant peko peko. some months ago i quit playing, and right before i quit i released it. I came back to the game recently since i now have plenty of spare time. Are you telling me there are no giant peko pekos left? Theres no way to reclaim my lost companion, Lil' Willard?

All is hopeless

All is lost

Lil willard, where are you?

I will spare whatever the cost

P.S. how much might a giant peko peko sell for? i want to know so i can know how many punches in the face i deserve.
