Title pretty much says it all. The kimo would be level 10 and couldn't grow any higher in level. Some1 told me it was possible but I don't really believe it. TIA for all input

Lowest possible level for a Kimogila is CL 40, I beleive. I'm assuming you're a non-CH then, right? If so, even if they did make it CL 10, I don't think you could use it. It's aggressive, so a non-CH couldn't handle it, no matter the level.

I made a kimo for furniture shortly after I got MBE with durni dna and it was CL40 with 400 HAM so yes, the minimul CL works for this particular skin.

Like a previous poster put it, its not necessarily the level limits that would keep an animal out of your hands. The aggression of the animal comes into play. If an animal is aggressive in the wild, a BE animal of the same type will also be aggressive regardless of the creature level.
We can make animals CL10 (not a kimo) that are aggressive but why? Only a creature handler can use them. What creature handler is going to want a CL10 animal?
If you want something kooky or weird go for a hermit spider or a dalyrake.
