I don't know if you guys have noticed but on my ever increasing trips to dath bull hunting I keep seeing pets called out next to mission terminals left there obviously from people grouping for high end missions. This is a heart felt plea to all u masters - come on guys use them pets on missions and hunting runs. I don't know about you but nothing gives me greater pleasure than to reach the top of a mountain range or large incline on my swoop and look down onto a creature handler in full combat with a group of rancors or graul ect... using a faithful pet at his side. This very scenario is one of the things that attracted me to ch and encouraged me to master the profession i feel i will never drop from my template. I want to see kimos graul, rancors and cats fighting alongside their masters not left behind in a outpost calling for their master with their heads resting on top of a mission terminal. This would make me a happy MCH trandoshan.

mine fight, but it is ineffecient right now, and makes me entierly too powerful until the CU. I need to kill as many bull lairs as possible before the upgrade.
i dont leave the pets out btw. I do store them, but until i get that baby bull, i am keeping them in datapad.

My pets love tofight, they love it so much that they even feel inclined to have a go at every krayt in the graveyard. Reguardless of weather or not I tell them to......

Hehe ... that's what i also meant ...
The are two edges to my comment
1. They run off .... like dissapearing in the middle of a battle ...
2. They run off .... and start aggroing every mob around

oh, ya, most of mine like to munch on brackasets, or malklocs, or whatever else happens to be within 500m of me. Sometimes, they like to disappear altogether, not as often.
I am forced to use one of my two gurrecks, or my BE pets. If I find an isolated Bull lair, with nothing around it, then, if i am feeling froggy, I can bring out another pet and let them play.
But, I NEVER leave my pets unattended.

I keep my pets with me at all times. When the aggro issues started I changed out my aggressive creatures for non-aggressive pets with the same or better stats. Ever since I have done this I have not had any issues with the new system and my pets follow my every command. Perhaps once a week I have one store itself during a fight, but I rarely ever have only one pet out at a time. They do not choose to run away unless they get down to minimal health, which is rare since I always carry several crates of pet stimms, and when they do get that low I am usually headed in the other direction myself.
When hunting without other players I never buff, don't wear armor unless it is storm trooper armor (for RP) and rarely if ever food buff. My pets, terrain negotiation and camo are my buffs & armor.
Nothing is more pathetic than seeing Molly the cat left alone in random cities across the galaxy.

I'm constantly riding about on my mountain dewie all over the place, normally with my Rhoa Kwi packleader flanking me.
I do have to be careful about him getting excited and running off to kill something every 10 secs, but i kinda think of that behaivor as "you can take a pet out of the wild, but you cant take the wild out of the pet"

The only way to keep my supposedly expertly-trained pets nearby is a recursive macro that spams formation commands .... if recursives are eliminated without fixing the raft of pathing & aggro problems afflicting pets at the moment, the CU will be a lower point for CH's than we could ever have imagined .... because frankly six months ago I didn't see how it could go lower.

Last weekend I sent a kimogila to kill a stormtrooper, when it got to the stormtrooper, it ran past it towared the bases turret 60 more meters away, switched agro between 4-5 more troopers, and then ran off to the other side to agro more things of the base 150+ meters off dragging around 30+ troopers, 3 other turrets, and it looked like a firework show of red lasers.....it also took over 20 minutes before it finally got incapacitated, because that was when I could finally store it :/. I dunno if lag let it live or what, but not even the turrets put as much of a dent in it as they do players, that thing could of been chasing stormtroopers the entire time....I sure wish it had been there when I needed to call pets to stop the imperials who showed up though, but nooooooo......

I use my pets for fighting sometimes when i'm unbuffed and i'm going against a group of gun toting mercenaries, my rhoa kwi pack leader does great and sometimes when i'm fighting some tough melee npcs or creatures i use my frenzied graul, but when i'm buffed
