I have seen the threads for corrals for pets, quite frankly that seems like alot of work. My idea is to allow us to sell pets on the Bazaar or player Vendors. Now, I know that there is a concern that if this was allowed then people would just use it as a way to store more pets than a CH datapadcurrently allows. My solution is make it stay on the datapad in some form of Placeholding iconuntil its sold. When it sells it comes off thevendor and the Icon on the datapad goes away at the same time.

Problems with this idea:

CH's very rarely are also Merchants. To have any second combatmastery takes up most of our points and most of the templates I have seen throw in alittle medical for healing with the excess points. This would hamper CH's from putting decent prices on tamed animals. One possible solution, tamed pets on the bazaar don't have a price limit. A second solution,but alittle more programing intensive on the dev side, is let merchants have more than 2 slots for Placeholder icons. It could be like 1 extra icon per box of merchant skill.Then a CH could transfer 2 at a time to a merchant friend (maybe second account which many of us do) the merchant puts them for sale, the pets become icons therefore freeing up 2 normal pet slots.

What if person buying doesn't have the room for another pet? My best solution is just don't allow it. Because it can't fall into storagelike normal stuff does. That would be unfair to the seller since he is still stuck with it till the icon till that person gets around to picking it up.

I would imagine there are more problems with this idea and even other ideas to solve the above problems.I would reallylike to see something that would allow us to sell ourpets without having to spam a starport while AFK and only reach a small section of the economy. The customer could see first hand the stats and price without having to ask. With the new skills for pets I really think there is a definate potiential for making a profitas a pet seller. There will be people who just don't want to find all the right animals with the skills,expthem tolearn the skills, andthenexptheir primary pets to learn the skils.
