im nov ch now i was just wondering if i wear a suit of ris armor will i be slow

Until you make master, your armor is going to slow you down, so yes.

I got novice about 2 weeks ago and I play for 3 hours 3-5 times a week and I am at 2224 right now. Of, course I have also been working on Teras Kasi, so that cuts into the time a little.
