I was thinking about this replying to Ko's top 5...
Why not make training xp related to the amount of boxes a CH has... eg a novice CH would take longer to train than a Master CH seeing as the MCH has had vastly more experience with creatures and thus is able to train them faster...
I was thinking each CH skill box above Novice could be worth about 2% decrease in training XP needed fora pet. The Master CH skill box could have say 8% this would mean that a master CH needs about 40% less xp to train the same pet as a novice...
This way it uses the current system and give the MCH a nice bonus for getting there...

Not bad and kind makes sense.
Deves please take note.
I only have the Novice block so far but is is hard to get CH xp so far. CHs are going to be relied on to mature mounts and Non-CH pets from here on out till the system gets changed again. This will make it easier for CHs to help others out the higher they go. Also higher lvl pets require such high xp to roll over that this will balance the grind out.
Devs and such please consider this Idea

I was wondering if the final amount of training XP reduction should be 40% or 50%... I think 50% may be pushing it with the Devs but we can only ask...
