Climing the slow, slow, fun, furry, cute, slow, fangful, BEworshiping, slow, path to become a reputable, maybe even masterful CH and am nearing a decision. Should i go 3002 or 2003 next? That is, special attack and vicious creature taming, or two (low level) pets out at once? I remember reading we were stealthnerfed and 2 pets now split the exp so maybe 2003 will do me virtually no good? remember my max CL will only be 23 so i can have, say, a cl10 and cl13 pet out at once.

Yes, experience is split. So to put it simply, if one creature would give you 200XP on it's own and the other 100XP, you would get (200/2) + (100/2) = 150 XP.

Of course, that beats what you would get from a pet witha CL of the total of the two out ... so you're at least more effective with two out.

I would rather have just the 1 pet out that gives 200 xp even than having 2 pets out with split xp = 150.

I was just asking myself the same question today.... Thanks for posting this information.

This CH thing is a pain-staking grind. I have been doing the quenker missions on Dantooine and wow.....the XP just flows in..../rolls-eyes. I guess when the Devs decided to thin out the CH population and do away with the dabblers, they did so in a most expedient and efficient manner.

Would I get more CH XP if I grouped with several people and say....go to the Squill caves or something?

You might just. All it takes is one hit from your pet on a critter then you can call him off. I would suggest trying the Genosian Caves on Yavin 4. A lot of folks there are kind and if you are just wanting ch xp they are ususally pretty good about letting you send in your pet to get an attack in and then calling it off. I actually was able to get quite a bit of ch xp when I have gone.
