Thread: Taming the 'Empty Prose'. Anyone else got a pet 'null'?
Tonight I tamed a
null (baby)
Not 'a null (baby)' or 'an insertnameofcreature (baby)'. Simply 'null'
Just an observation. Along with 'blood-stained merik' or 'kliknick gland'.
In case you were wondering, it seems to be a baby gubbur. I'm hardly ever on Corellia, though, so I could be wrong about the creature model. I'm pretty sure it would show if I named it, but doing that might revert it to the actual type. I'd rather keep it as proof for now.
Appreciate any comments. Or bids (hehe).
there is a lag bug that prevent's the server from registering several animals, items ,missions and ocassionaly makes items in your data pad or house packs/main packs disapear.
if when you log on again the pet is still named Null then take a screenshot and send it to SOE as proof of this bug. I have expierenced this like 4 times and each time I tried to duplicate it I couldn't.
Is this the same as the spoooky
"Someone tells you, '<insertmessagehere.>'"?
Thanks.
Heheh, sort of like when I got a /tip x bank I get a cryptic email saying
"A human has tipped you x bank credits."

You think that's bad - I got hit with this issue as I cloned once, and for several hours I had the appearance of the default wookie template, and showed up to everyone else as "Default Wookie". I was ready to quit the game til the problem resolved itself. Spooky.
Heheheh, I would have had soooo much fun with that lol... As long as I knew it was temporary lol
I've only trained it in one command: transfer.
When I trained it, I used 'null transfer'. The command listed in the datapad is 'transfer'.
I have used this command (just the 'transfer') and it works. Traded it to a medic, and he traded it back.

the game has changed a lot, and so have we... but we've also kept playing, and kept the profession that has kicked us, beaten us, and thrilled us for so long.
