I'm about 3/4 of the way towards Novice CH, and I'm wondering if there are any active CH groups or mentors on Corbantis? I've read the faq, and feel like I have a fairly good handle on the profession, but I'd also like to know if there are some folks wandering my server that wouldn't mind getting a tell or two from time to time.

I have been a MCH on corbantis since sept of 2003. I would gladly help you with anything you need. Also take you hunting and taming if you would like. I have an excellent collection of rare and extinct pets. One profession I know is CH. Drop me a line or a /tell anytime would be glad to help.

Feel free to contact me as well! I've also been MCH for very long time. If you want help doing missions, getting badges, guarding your back while you look for pets on planets like Endor, whatever,I'd be glad to help! I'm dividing my playing time with beta JTL, but I'll be around

Thanks!

As soon as I get my novice (about 10k xp left) I'll be needing some help with basic pets, etc.

You know, there's a reason I love this game.

You've gotten replies from people far more qualified than me, but hey I'd be happy to help if I can and team up if you want I'm 2/3/2/4 in CH right now and slowly closing in on MCH all the time. Not much of a grinder here so I just play when I can and really enjoy finding fun tames out there.

Shadowplay, You got the answer for longevity of play. Enjoy your self! The fastest way to quit game is to grind. The grinders never seem to last long. MCH is a slow process but a fun one. Go out explore, do theme parks, have fun with your pets out and working and before you know it you will be MCH and have fun doing it.

That's another reason I was posting here looking for people, rather than in game. I just don't understand people that just grind through the game to get to 3 master professions, then complain that the game isn't any fun. Not to mention the fact that they really don't know much about being a "master" - I figured people interested enough to come on the boards and post care enough to enjoy the game, not just power-level.

Thanks for all the replies! You're all being added. I hit Novice CH yesterday morning, and I've got a Nuna and a ... a big duck thing.

And for those that were wondering about reviving a pet from incap, mine has worked just fine every time I've used it.
