1239 3921 tatooine just happened to be headed for a player city nearby and spot them, remembered seeing someone say they hadn't seen one in a while.. there ya go 
I nabbed a baby but didn't touch anything else.. first noob rare( ok so not that common ) =)

They either are not that uncommon on Chimaera or I am very lucky in finding not only lairs but also babies... I really love their movements - a mount with an attitude...

Nope, they seem to spawn regularly on Chimera for some reason. Last time I sawa spawn, I managed to get like 5-6 babies to spawn. Bagged the two and banged the rest 
Still have them in my pad, where they will stay until we get a stable

A friend gave me one and I have been using him as a low level tank. He's hilarious with his animations. Everytime I tell him to attack, he drags his head to the side like, "Bloody hell, not again!"

Grats m8 ... the wastelands are really cool ... they seem much bigger then all the other cupa, and is the "most" uncommon mount a collector can get.
I only went looking for them once .... found 2 babies playing together ...
...
