I bought a kimogilla for 100k. its stats were


11763 HAM

430-490 damage

30% resistance from everything.


was it a good buy?

Ham around 11k -12k


Light armor, 60% kinetic, can't remember the rest, but they are good.

I guess you want one for the looks which is ok. My BE Gurreck has almost 12500 Health and 45 % kinetic resist. I also have a little Kusak that has 10990 Health and has 60 % Kinetic resist and he will occasionally use strong poison he has as a special ability. While using them, I can actually see what Im shooting at. I guess I'm just not really into the big pet deal.

I got REALLY lucky! Someone had one fro seel for 7k... it has 15K HAM... It was a steal... I think they meant another 0 in there, but they never emailed/tell me anything so i just kept it. Can't wait untill i can use it

paid 150 for mine: cl58, 12k ham, 480maxdmg (I think), light armor, 60% kinetic and 60-80% everything else, strong disease.


Still not completely sold on it and the lvl 22 something I pull out with it versus my old mauler and giant crystal snake/dragonet combo. I will say they path for CRAP around any kind of obstacle, which can get you a lot of aggro fast in tight spaces.

what CL if it's something your not going to be able to control then it was a waste of your money, if it was a low cl then again it was a waste of your money...you want an animal around cl 50-57 with 11-15K ham and at a minuimum light armor with 60 kinetic

You paid a decent price. Some things to consider...



  • Kimos are mostly just status symbols for MCH's

  • You'll find kimosa pain to use in combat

  • BE's can't make pets with stats like they used to be able to

Just as a comparison...


I've owned two pre-patch BE kimo's... one had Frenzied Graul stats, the other even higher. The higher one I paid 450k for, the lower I paid 30k for:


Level 57, 10.8k ham, 540-550 damage, Light Armor, 60 kinetic, 35 energy, 85 heat/cold/electric, Stunning Strike


Level 69,10.8k ham, 530-540 damage, Light Armor, 42 kinetic, 35 energy, 100 heat/cold/electric, 14 stun/blast/acid, Knockdown/Stunning Strike


These can't be made anymore, so your price was reasonable.

You better check those stats again. A BE can't get over 13.5K in any HAM slot post-patch. And if it isn't a BE (post-patch) kimogila, youwon't be able to use it.

I'm a MBE on Eclipse, just like to point out that we can get somewhere near those stats still, and not even using the best possible dna, my most recent one (i've only been MBE for 2 days)


Kimogila, CL56, 11.5k ham, 400-450 damage, Light Armour, 60 Kinetic 44 energy, 80 heat/blast/electric, 49 stun, 8 cold, 4 acid

MBE here, it is indeed still possible to create creaturescomparable to thestats you listed (or even surpass them by some margin in various areas).

i got 1 thats lvl 69 12.5k ham light armor, 60% kinetic, 60%energy 80%heat, cold, acid, electricity, and i think 20% for the rest. Hes also got stunning strike and strong disease.
