lol, I can't believe you used the word logic in a post about SWG. Come on man, by now you know that isn't applicable. I just opened my Daoc account again, now thats logic.

Sad,
Sorry to see you go. I need people like you to keep me in check once in a while. LOL the double entendre of that statement "I can't believe you used the word logic in a post about SWG" is something I do want to address.
The Devs cry we cannot work in this hostile environment. We do not get paid enough to be treated this way.
Yet when we complain after being ignored then we are not being constructive. Well guess what fools we do not pay our money to be treated this way either. Build something constructive in which to play. The once most working profession is now the most broken.
Seriously, one of the Devs needs to be an Ethics major. Your so called balance is anything but. CH's are treated unfairly. You will crack under pressure and make DE stronger than CH without Skill Point expenditure or creating a new profession. You will once again slap CH's in the face.
My 9 yo could give me better answers about this game and he does not even play. He does understand fairness however.

dude, you make some good points, but you're way to serious about this. light'n up, have some fun, if it takes leaving SW's for a month or 2, so be it. You can always come back and really haven't lost alot. But anyway keep up the good fight, I'll be around, still havent cancellied SW, just need a bit of fun in my gaming.

I made a post in the Musician forum about why something didn't make sense. I think it ended with...
It makes no sense that a lone guy can suddenly have a rancor big enough to look over buildings. It makes no sense that that rancor can't knock down said buildings.
Logic has nothing to do with any of this.

Why can a medic grief me by healing in combat? The theory you present that we can suddenly produce a pet that offsets PvP should surely apply to all professions that can suddenly change the outcome of any PvP situation? Medics should have a 30 second timer to change to HAND HELD stim packs, then another 30 second timer to change back to weapons. And oh yeah if they are already in combat and did not have out stims then they should not be able to switch.
It is your logic but it only works against CH.
There are two conclusions:
1) The conspiracy theory that you directly introduce such hazing practices against CH to make it less viable. Once enough people quit the profession then you will apply further fuzzy logic to allow you to pay less attention because less people play it. And once those last few people quit you will completely remove it.
2) Then there is the theory that your just completely devoid of any logic whatsoever. You just do not have the capabilities to see that you are griefing us. And you allow us to be griefed by other players. This second conlusion is the reason most are waiting for WOW, EQ2, or MEO. If you do not fix this timer you will be the cause of mass migration to other games as soon as they become available.

I'd like to see every combat profession have a 15 second delay when "calling" their weapons. Let see pistoleers (I am a Master Pistoleer btw), rifleman, carbineers, marksman, bouny hunters, commandos etc have to wait 15 secs to switch from one weapon to another when they realise they have the wrong damage type out.
The outcry would be similar to the one for the crafting experementation changes (which by being in the game for 1 day and allowing people with really high quality resources make schematics for exceptional items is really going the screw over the economy) which may actually make the devs sit up and take note.
But come on now, do you really expect anyone to do anything about this? When the one guy that's paid to take an interest in the players referes to us with derogatory p*kemon references, I wont be holding my breath.
