I'd like to thanks the folks who answered the handful I questions I posted a few days ago. After some thought I decided not to go straight up to Management IV simply to be able to make mounts. My journey through all of the exp really wouldn't benefit from that, so I'll be going for other stuff instead.
I do have a few new questions though...
I currently have a dune bantha mount, but was wondering if there are any mounts that can fight well. Any suggestions? My bantha has decent stats (and I have an upgrade bantha currently maturing in my datapad), but banthas just don't compare to a lot of the creatures I'm starting to fight. Are there any creatures to keep an eye out for that would serve this purpose?
Can anyone explain how an increase in "Taming Vicious Creatures" affects which creatures I will be able to tame? Since the max level of tamables determines which challenge level we can go up to, how does the vicious rating fit in?
Is there any bioengineered clothing that can raise our max level of tamables mod? I've got some pants that boost 2 CH mods, but haven't seen anything to improve the max level yet.
This might be something some people won't want to reveal, but I'm curious where y'all go to find pets. Since I'm mostly in exp grinding mode right now, I find myself either roaming the plains between Theed and Kaadara on Naboo, or scouring the lowland basin between Wayfar and Bestine on Tatooine. Those two spots are loaded with lairs and babies. Any other "hot spots" out there that are worth checking out?
And one more thing...I'm interested in getting two pets: a tortur and a GSP. I've searched quite a bit for both and have yet to see babies of either one. I've seen plenty of torturs though...are the babies just hard to find? And after checking around the coordinates on SWGCreatures.com, I still haven't spotted any GSPs...any tips on where to check?
Thanks guys. I appreciate the help. CH is starting to become quite a bit of fun!

I'm not too sure about this one. As far as I know, GSPs are very tough to find, and in my humble opinion, you'd be better off finding some boar wolves on Endor (the same level, but with 50% kinetic resists, and far more common).

A good bet would be the male brackaset from Dathomir. As a lvl 30 pet, it has decent tanking abilities, but doesnt particularly shine in combat.

As far as I know, there is no way to increase your max pet level except by moving up in the CH tree. As for vicious creatures, the taming and training lines in CH (I think) give you the ability to tame more vicious creatures as you move up in them.

I often finda lot of baby spawns outside Mos Eisly. I would reccomend Tatooine over Naboo for taming, because the average creature on tatooine is tougher and makes a better pet. Naboo is pretty, but doesn't have many particularly dangerous creatures.

A good BE pet trained as a mount.

Vicious creatureget an "aggressivity factor" that is taking into account when you call it, I can't give you the formula but basicely if you have a vicious pet CL 20 with an aggressivity factor of 5, you need a Taming Vicious creature levelof 25.

BioE can make Tranquilizer enhancer which increase the Taming wild and vicious creatures, tailors sew them in clothes.

Personnaly I spent a lot of time on endor ( Arachne, Mereks, hanadake, board wolf ) and Dathomir for my gaping queen and recluse ( I'm not a rancor fan ).
