Are they best found on Rori or Naboo, and where on those planets can they be found?

Ummm...a person would be hard pressed to keep from stumbling over these on either planet.

Anyone know the best place to find Male Kai Toks on Rori?

Like all the animal spawns, they tend to rotate. Try by the Rebel Outpost on Rori for them. If your lucky, the lairs will have rotated and they will be "in season" there.
