I tried to convert my unconverted Pre CUlvl 35Hurrton with 10/9/10K and about 350-440 damage that used to have light armor but it seemed to havelost itsince the patch. I chose level to see how it would go, I got a system message saying this would result in a level 91 creature that would be uncallable so the stats will be adjusted instead. Then I converted another pet by level and got a level 73...............

This means one of two things

1. Even though the devs "tried" to fix it they still messed up

2. We will be getting a boost in CL.

Agree with number 1, but at least thier trying.
