The GSP is now level 23 so that's what you need to be able to tame.
As a CH 2112, you will be able to tame level 24 creatures, so that is enough.

The question is what you want the pet for. If you want a beautiful friend and companion,
I'd go for the GSP. I just love that huge cat

If you're looking for something that can help you fend of thugs and beasts,
I suggest you go look for a Female Narglatch. They are level 22, but are far
superior when it comes to combat.

Where are the Female Narglatch's located? Could a 2/1/1/2 with all the changes catch and train a GSP and a Female Narglatch?

Yes, you should still be able to do that.
You might want some BE clothes to make it easier though.
The Female Narglatch is aggressive. The GSP used to be,
but last time I was on Talus, it was just a yellow dot.

The Female Narglatch can usually be found near Keren, Naboo,
on a peninsula nearthese WP's: 100, 2300 and -500, 2500.
