Okay, OP, first off, I assume that you're (the proper contraction form, incidentially) refering to Gamestop, not Gamespot. One sells games, the other reviews them.
Second, I doubt SOE reviewed or approved the ad copy Gamestop is using. Remember, up until a couple of weeks ago, Amazon.com was using Kotor ad copy as filler for this product. Step away from the computer for a few minutes, take a few deep breathes, and wait a couple of days. Gamespot will have new ad copy up that's accurate.
Anyone else remember the original Gamestop ad for JTL and the Flash Speeder pre-order reward? The one that promised a vehicle with a rear-mounted laser cannon? Yeah, that got changed pretty fast too.

though they did false advertise with showing the ch necklace and saying there will be new pets to tame for us knowing they are removing the ch prof. also considering this is all done online it might also fall under wire fraud which i believe is a federal offense.

TOS are not laws, laws are passed by elected congressman. SOE is held to the same laws as everyone else. EULAs have not held up in court for this very reason.

eula does not cover fraud.Selling an expansion based on content and then removing said content 2 weeks later is fraud.Check the ch forums if you want more info
