oo , they are too quick for me.
Anyway, just so u know, this lone jedi spilt the beans about NGE on 25th Oct and everyone flamed him for a week.
Then the apologies started to roll in a few days later
I read that original post and laughed about it, too! It sounded too much like Dark Helmet from Spaceballs. "I am your father's brother's sister's cousin's former roommate!"
Yeah, not laughing so much now.
That post sounded so damn far-fetched when I first saw it, I thought for sure it was just some disgruntled tool trying to inflame the plebes, and flamed it accordingly. /sigh... In retrospect, it was so dead-on, it depresses me just to think about how the skullduggery it described had been in place all summer long and before.
I don't know who did what to whom up there in that warren where SOE and LucasArts join at the hip, but the whole sequence of events just makes me feel sick. To watch all the seeming love from the devs being showered on Creature Handlers, and to think the profession I enjoyed so much over the past year-and-a-half was on the cusp of a rennaissance in the player base... and then to watch as it gets yanked out from under my foot.... Yeah, "sick" is a very appropriate descriptor of how I feel.
