I always thought the CH profession was an awesome one, completely diverse but still interesting. I thought I had all the time in the world to grind it, so I waited. Now, I wanna see if I can make it in the amount of time it has left before the NGE?

Would you guys have any suggestions? Should I give it a try or simply forget about it?

Uhm - I'd say forget about it, because the skill will be gone by November 15th...

If you want to do it, do it.I started yesterday with zero Scout or Creature Handler xp orskill boxes, and I only have 2 top tier and the Master Creature Handler box to fill. I have put18 hours grinding both Scout and Creature Handler and I am nearly to Master now. It can be done. I wasgrinding lvl 80 bols on Dantoine with semi-experienced people with a Master CH there to train me. And we were not spinning.

I also took3 hours out of that18 hoursfrom the grind to go find lvl 10 banthas for me to train. I found 6. Go me!

Seriously, it really can be done. If you want it, go for it.

There are actually a lot of combat people learning CH right now in support for the CH community, and out of protest for what is happening.
