I dont know if anyone has discussed this at all, but here is what i am doing as a MSwords / MCH /Medic xx4x that seems to be working in duels and pvp.
Things you will need.
Foods, Meds, and Spices:
SynthSteak
Ruby Biel
Spiced tea
Blob Candy
Booster Blue
Stim D's
Pet Stims
Clothes
+ Healing efficeincy BE'd clothes
Armor
I use padded (6000 to all stats)
armor break sliced
Pet
1 CL70 Be'd pet with at least 8500Health and 400 damage
Pet Skills
knockdown lvl1
Hamstring lvl2
intimidate lvl1
Fleet Footed lvl2
Self-Sacrifice lvl 3
-Having all this you should be able to mitgate 80% - 90% the damage you take.
the way it works is the armor normally will reduce damage by up to half, self sacrificed again reduses the damage again by half, and the Synthstaeak mitigates another 42% of the remaining damage. On top of this I like to use Center of Being and Sword Flurry which together increase my defense by 370.
-In addition you can land intimidate on your opponent - this further reduces damage.
-Use pet Embolden but not enrage because the action costs are way to high. Embolden will get your pet close if not over 10K health.
-I like to keep4 slots on my toolbar dedicated to petStims. They can be streamed into your pet with no cooldown and no action costs. One right after another. Can heal 10K damage in no time. Not sure if this is the way this is intended to work.
-Fleet Footed, Snare, and Knockdown ensures you wont be kited.
I know that Ch is not uber but is a lot of fun to play - if played right. Enjoy and happy dueling. Please list your owntips if you havethem.

my temp is MBH MCH CM 0400
I hunt jedi.
I use two BE nargs with Combat AgilityL2and Percision Strike L2 each and one has Intimidate L2 the other Imperriling Feint L2
Cloths
BE Healing shirt with sockets full
Gloves with sockets full
Boots with sockets full
Food
Ruby Biel, Blob Candy, Parwan Cake, Booster Blue, Duterium Pyro, Crispic, Tieter Noodles, BoH, Verisian Brandy, Citris cake, Bofa, Spiced Tea, and a few others.
Pet food used too Strwberry snacks for health and regen
Droid
Probot combat/healing/med110 modules CL30
I kill Jedi
