My final battle has been won, unfortunetly there was a high price to pay, that is the way of wars fought for good or ill. Even victory leaves a bitter taste and the sorrow of friends forever lost.

Well I thought about holding off for a day but I am not sure I shall be able to post.I may be around for a bit or simply put be gone tomorrow. After a few attempts I was able to get a billing representative who understood my plight, and was even upset and wanted the name of the soe/billing rep. who told me she was transfering me to a supervisor and in reality bounced me backback to theregular soe main menu.

I have been promised a to be reimbersed and am expecting a confermation email within 24-48 hours. I am unsure if I shall be shut off at this time or if it will be rounded off toa particular date.


Either way I wanted to say my farewells to everyone in what I believe is the best board on these forums. You guys/gals rock. I have had many laughs with you all and have felt proud of many of you for standing up for principles and moral values. The respect I have for soo many of you good people has no limits. You all earned it.

I find leaving the forums the last but not least hardest things I have done ingame and out in a long long time. All but one friend is gone ingame and he has joined with others, we chatt but that is all. I have nothing left, no reason to play. The new system isn't built for a man like me and it is time to go.


Ko-aIri - I wish you luck andleave knowingyou wiltake care of the profession and people I care for. Its comforting to go knowing you will watch over the flock. :-)


Vert - I am sure you will help him, your an old pro, with experience like yours he has a good start. I hope I never did anything too bad here Vert, I never wanted to hurt anyone. If so I am sorry.

too bad jope, you will be missed..


i can appreciate what you say about friends leaving and feeling stagnant..but if one good thing has come of the cu, it brings a sense of unity with those who feel they have been wronged..that is to say the chat lines seem to be popping more than ever..


i think this is an interesting time to be around, seeing what happens next is unpredictible, and therefore entertaining..


i wish you could have stuck around until the curb is closer to completion, somewhere in 2010
