Hey all, been about .. 10 days or so into the game.. became CH recently, and much, much, fun. I just got a mountable pet last night, right before server shutdown =/ so I was wondering.. is it possible to attack with a ranged weapon from a mount? (rifle) I think I read somewhere you could, but with no special attacks, which is fine by me. Another question.. while riding a mount.. can you attack witha MELEE weapon while riding mounts? OMG joust!

You cant attack with the pet, meaning, if you are riding a dewback the dewback can't attack while you are riding. But, as you asked if you can attack with a rifle while on the mount. And you can. With any ranged weapon. Im not entirely sure about melee weapons. I have been on my mount, and gotten aggroed, and then my toon acts like its going to punch the mob. I dont recall ever making contact...but i probably have. So yeah...i guess jousting would be possible, heh. Cool idea.

So yeah, attacking with a weapon on a mount is possible.

yes u can attack with melee from mounts but the range is usually a problem
