Looking to respec to either MCH or MBioE can anyone tell me pros and cons and what they think is the better skill tree and why... all help is appreciated.

One is a crafting profession.


The other is a combat/support profession. The former makes 'weapons' for the latter (and now, all medicines).


I don't think it's an either or option. Like comparing apples and the third moon of Saturn. Two totally different things. As a MBE you can't use anythingyou make (other than non-ch pets)without CH. As a CH youcan tame pets in the wild but you cannot "make" them.
