Thread: PreCU and PostCU To Hit Looking for clarification...

I have personally seen these instances and noticed that...


BE pets made with PreCU dna the ToHit ratio = 0

BE pets made with PostCU dna the ToHit ratio = 140 (Just an average number.... ive noticed a range from 10-150)

Be pets tamed from PostCU the ToHit ratio = .65 (once again a random % to hit variable from 10-67% from personalexp)

BE converted pets ToHit ratio = .65 (kept original stats)


Now my questions are...


1. Does PostCU pets made with the PreCU dna make them worthless with the ToHit at Zero?

2. Does the PostCU pets made with PostCU dna make the ToHit ratio relate to a % or is it like an accuracy counter for your pet?


Anyone have an assumption? Ive looked in the "Post cu" faqs and did not see anything addressing this.

I've always thought it was your pets accuracy and it also seems to be tied to CL as well. From my very very rough calculations a CL65 pet has a to hit = roughly 2.3 X CL and a CL 59 pet had a CL of roughly 2.4 X CL. These are just rough calculations based on some quick math in between crashes every 3 or 4 minutes, but the to hit ration seems to have a "diminishing return" factor just like everything else in this game now.


That number has always bugged me because I know it does "something", but I havent had the time to sit down and test it properly.

I know its for the chance for your pet to hit, but does the zero on the Post made pets with PreCU dna make them not hit at all? I know there is a lot of talk about making these pets right now for the "bugged" pet, but if he cant hit anything to do damage... wuts the point. Current agro system wont allow them to tank if they cant do any damage.He who does the most damage is what the creature will attack.
