with that skill lvl u can use upto cl24,

the bottom 2 rows are worth +2 CL for each box

the third row is worth +3 cl per box

and the fouth row is worth 5 points per box and you get +10 cl for master

you also have to have +15% in tame wild creature and if its aggressive +15% tame aggressive creatures as well over the pets requirements to be able to tame a baby. i.e. if the baby is cl 15 you need a tame wild creature still of approximatly 17 (17.25 acutally lol) to even be able to try to tame it
