Thread: My first Gurreck

I caught my first Gurreck today! I know this may seem to other more experienced CHs as no big deal, but I am excited. I have searched all weekend, and I finally saw my first heard of Gurreck this morning. All of them were adult, so I had to kill them off. Unfortunately, all 4 came to me at once. I got 2 down, but had to run from the others. Once healed, I went back to try again, and there he/she was. A baby Gurreck! Tamed on the first try too. My luck may be starting to turn.

Great job man! 5 *'s. I'm in the process of mastering CH again after recovering from the hologrind and a 3 month break from SWG. keep up the good work

Gurrecks are something special that shouldn't be overlooked. *hugs her own gurreck* Mine came to me by pure chance when I was hunting mantigrue screechers with my husband a few months back. She had helped us fight them and was diseased. I didn't wish for her to die so I tamed her and healed her before the disease could claim her. I named her Seraphim because she was a gift from heaven and I still have her to this very day and always will.

Congratulations! Gurrecks (the real thing, CL 50) are awesome pets. Back when I had MCH, one of my favorite things was to ride around on my dewback with my gurreck as a bodyguard. Soon I'll be able to do this again (Now at 4/1/4/4 on the reclimb to MCH).

i concurr GREAT job....i dont' care what level pet or CH u are, when u find your "pet" you have been looking for , it's a good thing!

I was very happy when I tamed my swamp stalker, at the SEVENTH try, he never agroed me, he's just a little stubborn
I was pretty happy when I found my graul too
and, of coure, back to when I tamed my first (of two) kima.. sweet little kitty ^_^

I remember when my Plains Hunter came to me. A friend who was also a master CH gave it to me before he quit. When I got this pet, it was already extinct (no babies) so it is by far my favorite pet.

The same day a few hours after I saved Seraph from dying of the plague strike, I tamed my very own mantigrue screecher, Requiem. Neither of them will ever be deleted.
I congratulate you on all your tames too! Swamp stalkers sound nice, but I'd have to delete one of my babies to get one. Blech. We need more datapad room! x_x;

Grats! My Gurreck was my first 'big tame' back when they were uber (medium armour etc.). Sadly I gave him up for a BE'd one (before the BE changes though, so exactly like a wild one except a little more hp's). I still have that old BE'd Gurreck though and he is still my constant companion even though I have much nicer pets. I think I am going to get a wild one again thoughjust because. I am doint a lot of mining on Endor so hopefully I will get lucky again.
