When I started this gameI had planned on becoming a Droid Engineer but on my way there I switched over to the path to become a CH.Right now I have Hunting3 and as a side carrer am going for pistoleer. This character isa human so he won't be quite as good as the Wookiees. So my question is should I continue with this char since he is already partway there or should I make a new cahracter as a wookie.

stick with it. i am a human novice CH and novice pistoleer, and having a blast. wookies can tame something a box higher in the tame line than a human, but the time it would take to start a new wookie and get to CH you can master taming.

Wookies get bugs in their fur, and they can't wear clothes or hats.

Greetings Fellow handlers,
As a new handler, I'm curious how many of us exist :-/
No matter, I'm here to stay.
Look forward to hanging out around the forums with you guys.

Welcome!
Well, it depends on what you mean by "CH". If you mean people with some CH skills, there's actually still quite a few. But the Master CH's are getting fewer and fewer by the day, it seems.
Congrats on choosing one of the most bugged, frustrating, hated, and FUN classes in the game.

Welcome to the fold, Brother.
I agree that the Master Ch is a quickly dieing breed.. My alt character is a Master CH and has been since Day One. I love all of my pets and have the most fun looking for the exotic and rares. No Baby Bull Rancor yet, but still keeping my fingers crossed.
Good luck with it and have fun.

Up and comers don't make it to master much anymore and a lot of the masters are retiring.
Welcome to the few, the proud, the gimpy... the Creature Handlers.
