I just trained novice CH and I can't earn any exp. I am capping at 20k. I have tried everything, logging, relogging, full scan the whole nine yards. Is this a known bug?

This should have been fixed in yesterday's patch, but apparenlty has not been.

Grr....I am having horrible luck...My padawan isn't playable and I pick a profession that has bugged exp during double exp week. I am running out of toons to play.

Do you have any other elite combat, use one of the boxes from that, respec it into CH and you cap will raise ( hopefully enough to allow you to train other boxes ). That will workaround you issue in the short term.

Has anybody tested to see if this is only an issue with the Respec and/or regularly obtaining CH? I am willing to test it out on a toon if i can get a powerful enough group to help me out by killing bigger mobs

I did 150k ch xp last night killing bols. Pretty easy actually.

Did you Respec to CH or did you actually achieve it?

from what i've gathered talking to folks the only ones stuck are the ones that respec to novice and are working on Tier I (as i am, for three days running)

actually i was suppose to be master CH but the CSR screwed up so now im novice CH. so its not respec but skill "return" (quotes because he took away my master title!)

I have not done the respec at all, and I'm working on the Master box for CH. I capped at 500k yesterday afternoon, when I need 1mil for the training. Still waiting on a fix before the bonus XP is over.
