I bought some pre CU pet deeds from a vendor today and noticed that some had light armor and were under CL70. Intrigued by this I tamed one and it worked but when I called it again it made me respec it. So I chose level and like I expected the CL went well over 150 (202) to be exact. So even if your lucky enough to find some pre CU be pets with light armor and a CL < 70 dont buy them because they will still have to be converted.

Definately. None of the pets on my vendor got converted. They all stayed the same pre and post CU. I have since taken them off for just this reason.

If their of the right level and have no armor you can convert them by level and hope for the best, but someone must of come by on my server and emptied the best pet vendor we had of everything

heh, i have probably 50-60 deeds in a house somewhere of great pets lol.

rofl, I got a chance to do that 2 days ago, I only found one pet left in the whole galaxy listed under vendor search

. The lil huurton had just what I needed, 10K HAM, 200ish attack, 42ish percent resistances, and rounded out to a nice level 47, so I can use it with one of my now nerfed triplet pets 
. I bought another one from another person and it had about 8K HAM and less resistances but more damage, I thought about posting up a "WTB" auction thing to buy more from people, but im not so sure I need many more pets....

Btw, Ihave a pet I made that comverted to lvl 25 with a damage range of 500-510. Neat, eh?

Well, I bought a couple day before yesterday, and a couple of them came out fairly good. I keep meaning to post screenshots, but forget. Will try and remember tonight when I get home.
