A few things about how CH works really need to be changed.
CHs are supposedly an "elite combat" profession now, yet we are the only ones that cant get our "weapons" quickly. I dont have a problem with having to buy BE creatures or Tame wild ones but the length of time it takes them to grow up is rediculous.. It should be a couple days at most imo.
Also, the huge timer for pets to be stored and called is pretty bad. I can understand not calling new pets while In combat mode but before combat and after combat imediate pet changes should be possible.
Pets also need to not count towards Group limits. They should be allowed to group even if they end up using more than the 8 limit for players. Unfortunately not having a pet grouped means it is very vunlerable because it does not get the group level bonus and will take a major beating by enemies.

No matter what, it doesn't matter the circumstances, pets should be called -immediatley-. Period. End of subject.
However, it's not fair if this gives an advantage for a Creature Handler to continuously cycle through pets. Therefore, pets cannot be stored during combat, and still must wait 60 seconds after combat has ended to be stored.
If our pet goes down, 60 seconds is a long time in combat to not be able to pull another one out. Therefore, it is not an imbalance when after that 60 seconds, we can store our incapped pet and pull another out immediatley.
I agree compeletely.

Yes, it's so game breaking that they are utterly unable to articulate it.
Furthermore, there's a 15 second timer on calling pets outside of metropolitan zones because we might be able to grief some poor widdle l337 d00d. Nevermind there is no timer on calling pets inside metropolitan zones, where the majority of PvP takes place...

I think the higher level pet growth has been sped up some, because it doesn't take as long as it used to for pets to grow to adulthood. The ones that take the longest are the low level pets. I think the equation they use to calculate growth time might be flawed in that it stretches the time out the smaller the level. Might be a bug.

the higher level pets always grew faster, and i believe it is because you can call more then your max level if one or more pets are not fully grown...i have a screen shot of me grouped with a lvl30 gps and a lvl 51 gps,,for a total of 81..have done the same with wild dune boars...by making the upper level creatures grow much faster, it eliminates the opportunity to do this..the lvl 30 gps was full grown at the next log in...i believe the 'calling over your level' was not intended, and the rapid growth of high level pets is the "fix"

Maybe the pets I have currently growing are not considered 'high' enough lol.. I have a level 42 pet that is only level 12 or 13 and its almost a week old now. Several other pets in their 30s are still not 50% grown and are also almost a week old. I login every day and pull all my pets out also.
