I have posted before and I had some real bad luck when I met the plains stalker for the third time. The 3rd spawn was a baby and I had no idea that even the babies are extremely aggressive. My gurreck who was loyaly guarding me killed it.

I was not about to give up, I really wanted this cat before the CU, you never know if they make it extinct. I looked for hours on end, getting to know them and their hideouts better by the hour. Today I managed to find not 1 spawn but here it comes 5. Bria went down without warninglast nightso I had a fresh start and there was the normal restart.

It was from the last spawn, nr. 9,that I finally captured one and boy was it tense. I killed 3 adults and I waited and there it was, a yellow dot. Already very excited I ran to it and it suddenly charged of to some giant carrion spats in the distance, a good 60-70m away. Yes, even the babies are that aggressive. Luckily I had just sipped some brandy and I took my acid rifle out shooting at their mind. I spammed the attacks and was fast enough. The baby only had one quarter health left, it almost managed to kill itself again. I had my very best taming clothes on (I always have when looking for ultra rares) and started taming with violently shaking hands. I succeeded at once.

Of course, with past experiences in mindI stored it immediately. If you want a good change of finding one, try the bigger peninsula east of the Nyax POI, that is where I tamed it. I have seen them in that spot more often than anywhere else. Yes, you can keep your pet out to guard you but when you find a spawn and have killed the first adult, DO store your pet and take some distance. Be prepared to kill other creatures in the nearby surroundings very fast if the baby goes aggro. And there is a big change it will do just that. Yes I did it alone but from what I've seen, take a friend who can take out the othercreatures fast if need be, if they are willing to search hours with you that is.

Good luck, you can do it too,

IGN=Quayla. I had went to the site that you mentioned and it was a site that I had been to just a couple days previous and there were stalkers there. No babies though. I also only seem to get spawns of 4. Never anymore. I have gotten to the point where I just log there and come in and see if any are there. lol

It's perfectly normal that only 4 stalkers will emerge from one spawn. This is the way it is designed. The same thing happens with swamp stalkers from Naboo.

I will send you the waypoints next time I log in. It takes some time before a baby pops, I was lucky to get it relatively fast but some people have never seen a baby after dozens encounters.

Persevere and you will catch it :-)

Good luck,
