i know i need the third "creature management" skill to call two pets at once, but is their a

way to determine what two pets can be called together?

your max level of pets is what determines this. The sum of the animals you want to have called may not be higher, just like if it were one animal or three. So at level 70 you can have two level 35s or a level 60 and a 10, etc, not two level 70s.
