Is it just me or has everyone else found Widow/Queen lairs have not been spawning for a couple of weeks now.

Did I miss something as to why?

Today it seems though Endor has been hit by some sorta nerve gas........there is hardly any spawn/lairs anywhere

I do not know about this last weekend, but the weekend before, I picked up a Arachne Widow. And one the weekend before that.

2 days ago I was looking for these babies. I found plenty of lairs with 1 queen and 1 widow. I didn't find any babies. When I searched the forums people said to look for lairs with 2 widows and 1 queen...but I couldn't find any of those. This was on the lowca server.

Does anyone know the way it goes now?

they can spawn in many combinations that i've seen.

1 widow, 1 queen

2 widows, 1 queen

1 widow, 2 queens

2 widows, 2 queens

3 widows, 1 queen

they seem to be in overspawn mode on sunrunner, see 'em a lot while i'm dna harvesting on my alt.

queen dna = goooood

For some reason then Shadowfire has 0 lairs at the moment.

They do normally spawn as I've tamed 2 widow's previously.

In the month I spend hunting endor I never once saw a widow.

Ever...

Friends said I just had the worst luck in modern history, but dunno. My only regret in quitting SWG is that I never got a widow baby.

BlingBling,

I just reactivated for the month to ensure my toon doesn't get deleted while I wait for the combat rebalance. I have been doing Screecher missions for the last couple of days and ran into a Arachne lair with 1 Queen and two Widows. I was tempted, to tap it, but I have three widows at the moment and no more room in the datapad. So, I passed it by, but not without the Queen chasing me for 150m. Actually, I have to find good homes for a couple of my widows, so if you get tired of looking, and decide you'd like one, please let me know.

I must say, I have never seen Shadowfire's Endor so barren of creatures. It used to be I couldn't walk 3m without getting aggro'd by something. Now I am lucky to see any spawns at all. It really made me sad. Good luck with the hunt.

I've been looking for about two weeks for a nest with widows. I spent over an hour running all over Endor, never saw a one. I attack a lair about two months ago that had two queens and a widow or two, no babies. If anyone would like to sell their widow send me a tell in game, I'd love to have one.

Anyone know of someone still selling a Frenzied Graul. I killed one last Thursday, but I haven't seen another one since.

Rares purchased/given to me: Queen Merek Harvester x2, Frenzied Graul, Rhoa Kwi Pack Leader and a Bile-Drenched Quenker...and I will now mourn them all.

Bria hasn't had widows or webmasters that I seen but I got me 3 warriors in3 days. lvl 42 pets with close to the same stats. Not a bad sub IMHO.

only time i seen one was a girl who caught a baby showed it to me, other then that i never knew widows were in game lol

I certainly understand. However, I did finda good home for one of the Widows last night. I have been hunting Screechers on Endor for my guild this past week since carnivore meat has been so good there. I came across a wild lair with three Screechers, and as Imade my through, a babyspawned. I did not want to kill it, so I did a search for CH's nearby. Lo and behold, I found one. I sent a tell to see f there was interest.

Moments later, the CH shows up, tames the baby, and took a Widow as well. Woohoo! Since she is MCH and MBE, she has few skillponts to put towards combat. Getting rares on her own is difficult at best, so she was grateful. I was too since I don't have to worry about the pet getting abused.

Anyway, I have been finding Arachne Queen/Widow spawns all over as I run around. If you are interested, if I pass them, I can give you wp's. Atleast that will save you some time running around trying to find them. Just send a tell ingame if you decide you're interested.

Thanks for the offer Pem, but I far prefer the success of taming one myself.........buying a pet seems to take away from the enjoyment of finding an elusive creature. I like the relief and satisfaction of "finally" finding whatver it is I've been hunting for months ,Im sure you understand and most people do too.......I have had a widow baby, gave it away to someone ungreatful........just not seen lately ...

If you wanna get rid of that silly old bull rancor you have then thats another matter ! hehe
