Thread: I think people still appreciate us.
. He and I both searched while we were running missions and kept in contact through tells. He finally found a buggarest (SP?) and sent me the coordinates. A short hop on my speeder and a quick tame and I have him. I teach it a few commands and name it George for him. I was going to give it to him because 500 xp is great for a NCH. He asked if I was a grinder and I told him "No, Just interested in the Prof." All of a sudden I get an email tip for 10K. I told him thanks and he did not need to do that. He said that he appreciated our prof and wanted to knowif I would tame other creatures in the future. I quickly said sure to the Big Tipper. He then reminded me that he still wanted the Gubber. I didn't ask questions just a /nod and I will contact you when I have it. Well right before I loggedI found a Gubber Baby. I tamed it and /t'd my customer. He tranfered 5K to me and asked me totrain it and hold it for him untilit was full grown and then another 10K would be sent to me.

Geaux Darkcloud OK, so last night Tazz is on Naboo, working on novice artisan, preparing for the next hologrind.
He's got the savage humbaba out for both transportation and guard duty. Annoying shaupauts in the area.
A master artisan comes by on a speeder bike and stops.
"Hey!" he says.
"Do you have other mounts and can you train them?"
"I have the skills to train them", Tazz replies, "but no datapad space to take one in and train one for you. I have other mounts, but they are all CH only mounts".
"Oh, darn. I understand. I'm looking for a mount creature"
"Good luck, sorry I can't help you".
This has happened to me every so often, once a week, perhaps, whenever I'm displaying one of my CH mounts.
There still are players looking for mount critters. Not like there were in October, mind you, but they are still out there. They do come in handy for survey work, for example, because since the lobotomies were reversed (the mount autofollow bug fixed) they follow you around as you move from place to place when surveying and sampling. Plus there are a lot of players who do just like mounts because they're cool and they're great RP tools. They help the emmersion, too.
So don't give up all hope. If you're on Ahazi, and you can train mounts for non-CH, send me an ingame email and I'll refer these lost souls that I cannot aid right now to you.
