I ask this because the wound/injury mods for med are broken. I've found some nice BE cloths I would like to get. And what is the cap for taming/(forgot this one) wild creatures?

Yes the Taming Bonus mods work....I know this for certain.

Without my +25 Vicious hat I can't control my Rancor or Graul.

Jut to verify yes the +25 clothing works, but make sure to get +25 taming on both wild and vicious.
