I am a master CH and a master BE on the Flurry server and it has come to my attention that Creature Handler has once again undergon a nerf. It angers me that we were not told about it and the only way I found out that this was not a bug was to contact CS myself.

Ch's can no longer tame pets over level 60 though we can call pets to a level combination of 70.

I for one would like to see this fixed back to the original tame level of 70.

I've been a CH since the beginning and despite the profession having been nerfed out of existance I stuck with it but SOE, you've gone too far!

You do know that you must wear taming enhncement clothing(even as a Master) to tame creatures of that level, don't you? It's been like that for awhile to I believe. For example, you can tame a baby Bull Rancor, but only if you're a MCH with taming enhanced clothing equipped or if you are a wookie(taming bonue). So it's probably not a nerf, just a brainfart or something, lol. j/k

Well, we can still tame non-aggressive creatures up to level 70. Unfortunately, our taming vicious only goes to level 50. So, if it is a creature with a vicious level over 50 (I.e. bull rancor) we cannot tame it without taming clothes. The vicious level is unreadable as far as I know so you have to just try and see if it can be tamed. Most creatures that are over level 60 just so happen to be vicious by the way.

I'm a Trandoshan who lacks taming-enhanced clothes and I believe I can use my kimogila who is level sixty something, among other critters.

The tame skill is not exactly equivalent to CL.

With a Tame Vicious of +50, we can call up to CL 63. A few more points gained from BE clothes will enable anything up to our cap of 70.

As said already, non-aggressive skins have no problem since at master you will have a +90.
