Creature Handler Archive

Hi folks, I'm brand-spanking new to the world of Creature Handling and I have a few questions. Before I hit novice CH, I hear I was supposed to be able to handle one Level 10 pet, right? I couldn't. I now can. But my new question is what level of creature am I supposed to be able to handle now? I am only a Novice Creature Handler with no skills in the CH tree other than that. I know from experimentation that I can't handle a Level 15 creature (I tried a bantha). My worry is the possibility that my problem pre-CH is still existant. Can somebody either clear up or confirm my worries?
