Ravenous are somewhere between 31-33 (aggressive).

what does BE stand for

I've been trying to tame a Torton, but I have yet to find any babies after 2 days of mission after mission. I have been taking Torton lairs and Torton pack lairs- am I hitting the wrong lairs or am I just having really bad luck? Any advice?

the only tortons that spawn babies are ravenous tortons on Rori. they dont have missions i believe, and they dont have lairs that i've seen, though it is possible they might. either way, just go to the rebel outpost on Rori and look north, northeast, or east about 1km out and you will find them

(correct me if i'm wrong about the ravenous tortons having the only baby spawns)

You're right, they're the only one. I researched into it recently because I wanted a shallow very badly. But yes, that area around the Rebel outpost is swarming with lairs.
