So yesterday I tried my first screacher lair. The first two adults went down fast and the second two followed suite. The last set spawned two adults and one got around my pet... I then got to learn about the strength of their disease and watched my ham bar go black in short order. I'd never seen a disease hit for 233 a tic before. Does the baby screacher have this same posion? If so I now know why they are saught after so much.

i was given a screecher by a friend the other day but havent had a chance to test him out on anything yet. will let ya know as soon as i can log on and fight something

Baby Screechers do have the AOE disease. However, getting it to work takes a work-around, but it does work. It really isn't all that effective for me as TKM in PVE, but in PVP if you can get it to go off before the pet gets slaughtered, the AOE might be very useful.

I don't do PVP, so my opinion mightbea bit off, but those I see dueling at starports and in front of Coronet and Theed are usually buffed way upand wearing80% kinetic composite. It doesn't seem like any tameable pet, even those with such a strong disease, are going to matter much. The first thing I check for when someone says, "Anyone want to duel?" are the HAM bars. That alone is pretty telling with whom you are dealing.
