i hope they fix harmstring attack and fleet footed (L2 > L1) in the process.

I mentioned the changes to some of these on TC last week, at that time it was the pistoleers corespondents message to people that worried me of the skills. Player skills it would seem are being given a larger chance of not being succesfully hit. mobs on the other hand are being given an increase in specials. Mobs are being given resistences and thats why players will have a larger to hit ratio on specials like root and such.
I am now under the impression that pets are counting as mobs in this new scenario. if this is true they will be improved when this goes live, maybe a little too improved though this worries me too.
