Thread: question about ablilty training

Ok, I am a master CH and have learned some of the abilities. I assume, as told, that to teach a pet a L2 I first must teach it L1 of that Ability.


So what about a pet that has L2, do I have to teach it L1 of that same ability to have it work?

If the pet is tamed with an L2 or L3 ability the pet should be able to use it. You don't have to level it up and teach it the lower level versions.

No, you do not have to train the lower level. If a pet has an L2 version or an L3 version without having learned the L1 version than the pet had that ability innately.
