Thread: Need some help/where do I go

I know this isn't a CH issue, but I am a CH and post here so I will ask here.
I had an auction on the forum for the Pod helmet with the tag which says Anakin on it (Its something you get for a mission on Tatooine). Well person "x" purchased it. I dropped it off at their vendor. Week goes by w/o a purchase. I send 3-4 tells of "did i drop it off at the right vendor?" and a couple emails that were similar...no response. Another week goes by, I do the same thing...no response. Finally the other day I send another tell referenceing how I wasn't happy they placed a false bid and that I would complain, and I just wanted to retrieve the product so if they would give me the WP i would pick it up.
Well I get a tell saying, "you're stupid, it deosn't say anything about anakin, it was false advertising." I promptly informed person "x" you have to examine it to see the description which reads "the tag says anakin" or something to that order. Again, no reply. Very frustrating. So i send another email asking for the WP to the vendor for pick up because i never anticipated having to pick it back up. I get another one back saying I'm stupid and should have written it down, and shouldn't sell shady products.
This is very fristrating. How do I get my stuff back? Keep in mind I've never filed a complaint or anything like that so I have no idea what to do. Please be as explicit as possible if you respond. Thanks for your time.

The whole problem is that I didn't write it down when I dropped it off. ANd this person insists on flaming me instead of giving me the WP to the vendor.
