#1- We've all heard it over and over: More mounts- practically anything that fits the per pixel structure/animation of existing mounts that are the correct size or larger. This would allow Kwi, Blurrg, Pugoriss, Mawgax, Ronto, Bolle Bol, Bolma, Piket, ect. To become mounted and would bring demand for mounts back in. It would also open up the potential for more CH only mounts.
#2- Give mounts excessive terrain negotiation and allowrangedspecial attacks to be used with accuracy being subtracted greatly in this state. This again would produce a demand for mounts that would allow greater flexablility to compensate for Speeder/Swoops overwhelming speed. It would also provide ranged attackers with analternative stratagyagainst Force Run during PvP.
#3- Rare babies in the past have all been little more than trophies to brandish in cities and lag the place out. Creating say, a dozen new species with combat techniqes/damage/armor that is significant in PvP would be a plus. Possibly a new quest that might reward a +20 max taming level and all side skills to go with it. This quest would be randomly spawned and provide access to these new species' babies. In KOTOR there is a mythical creature that spawns and exists only to feed off of Jedi and has addapted to become immune to the force and weapons weilded by its keepers. With the number of gamers and jedi rising (at least after patch 10) there may be need to have something more than mass numbers of players to gank down the enemy. Instead of adding some new rare armor perhap enlightening this profession with a creature High in HAM with Medium armor with say 80% Electriciy/90% Lightsaber/70% Energy/ 40% Base/ Blast vulnwould provide a better solution that would not be invinciblein PvPand return CH to a means of Worth in the GCW.
With BE in existance I really cant see CH being improved by new abilities and such. With CH providing no set place in PvP or means of making money and little use in PvE compaired to other tank professions, the only other way I can imagine is adding something somewhat rare and more powerful than the default just as combat pros get dungeon provided weapons and DOT loot.

ya, they nerfed CH all those months ago as part of the greater combat rebalance, its a shame that it is taking them over a year since then to get the combat rebalance out. Regardless, they wont be making any changes to the CH profession, or any other for that matter, till the combat rebalace.
