Thread: The amazing disappearing camps

Anybody have a workaround for the auto-disappearing camp that disbands 1 second after you deploy it? I've blown 5 camps in less than an hour today, getting to be a MAJOR annoying pain in the rumpus.

This happened to me a few times. Not sure if it is the same issue, but all I had to do was move further away from the nearest lair.


I assumed that there was a bug that allowed me to deploy to close to a lair but didn't display a messge, and ate my camp....

While this really is an issue for the scout and/or ranger forums, i've got to add that my camps set up fine, but as a CH im only using the really tiny ones :/.

It looks like the bug is in that code, all right ... because I got the error for being too near a lair once, too.

Would have been nice if there was even a lair within radar range ......

It affects all camps. I use only little ones for scout XP and they go poof alot.

I've found that if I move the mouse without actually moving my toon, usually it'll set up correctly. But if I move my toon when you first set up the camp, where the ground disappears and you're standing in space, it'll go poof just about every time. Obviously not intended, but I've found it saves on camps that way.

related to the you must move closer to that object and you caint tame that bugs prehaps?
