Some people have interpretted the special "Imperiling Feint" to be an armor break special. Studies suggest that it is not, as people find that it does not reduce armor. The description of the skill only says that it reduces defenses of the target. So this could simply mean lowering it's defense value or some other less tangible benefit. I have used this special, and while I didn't parse the damage, it seemed like I was hitting more often with my pets and just generally doing better damage when the special was active.....but this may only have been perception.
