Creature Handler Archive
Thread: A couple of things I couldn't figure out after reading the posts.
There is some unconfirmed evidence that there is a speed increase when the pet attacks something. There is evidence that either it's broken for mount speed or it's "working as intended" ... when we find these anomaliies it sure would be nice if the DEVs would let us know if it's a bug or working as intended rather than let the player base just speculate!

1. If the animal doesn't show itself to have any initial abilites, does that mean that there are no abilities we will be able to learn from it?
2. Does Fleet Footed increase the creature's speed while not mounted only, or does it increase its speed while you are mounted as well? It will make a difference as to its effectiveness.
Thanks,

1.) If the creature shows no abilities in the datapad, you will not be able to learn anything from it, nope. Likewise, if the creature has an ability you already have, there's no need to try and learn the same ability again.
But be sure to train it with all the commands you can as that is a great source of CH XP. As an MCH I am getting 6000+xp from training 16 commands into the "failures" that I tame and release.
2.) Unknown at the moment, since it seems the special is bugged and has little, if any, effect on speed.

Thanks to all. If anyone is finally get out of the devs or are able to conferm in some way the effects of Fleet Footed while mounted, please let us know. Thanks.
