I don't know for sure - I haven't tried to make anything mountable since the publish.

I would say yes. Why? Because all pets post-pub21 are fully grown and so the maturity level is the only way the system can tell if a pet is ready to be a mount.

As an example, my fully grown pets that were pre-pub21 needed to be leveled to gain ability slots.

I would figure as much for abilities but not what was trained the same as a command... oh well.. will have to grind I guess

Are these BE or Wild Tame Cu Pas? CL 10BE Cu Pas no longer grow large enough to make into mounts. Only Dewbacks and one other (I can't remember if it is Falumpasets or Brachasets) can still grow large enough to be made into Non-CH mounts... and they have to be exactly CL 10.

Finally got it after maturing it a bunch of times...
